- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. of Italian sausage (454g)
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- ¾ cup of sundried tomatoes, chopped (100g)
- 1 can (15oz) of chopped tomatoes (425g)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- ½ cup of water
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese (1.5oz, 43g)
- a large handful of baby spinach (about 2.3oz, 65g), chopped or not
- a handful of fresh basil leaves (about 1.5oz, 43g), chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
